Carry Two, Not A Box
A full humidor stays at home. In contrast, this slim tin travels. First, drop two cigars inside. Then clip the wire bail back over the lid. Finally, slide it into a jacket pocket or a bag side. As a result, your brand reaches the golf cart, the terrace and the lounge.
The Lid Stays Attached
Two hinge knuckles fix the lid to the box. Because of that, the lid cannot get lost on a bar counter. In addition, one hand is enough to open it. The thin wire bail swings flat against the body when lifted, then rests across the seam when closed.
Sizing That Answers For Itself
The drawing labels the box at 70 mm long, 28 mm wide and 91 mm high. Meanwhile, the internal cavity reads smaller than those outer numbers. Therefore, check your cigar length and ring gauge against the inner space before you list a count. A short panetela may sit flush. However, a long robusto will not close under a lid.
Who Reorders This Format
Tobacconists sell it as a counter add-on beside the single stick. Likewise, cigar clubs issue it as member carry tins. In addition, distilleries and rum brands bundle one as a gift with purchase. Finally, corporate gift buyers pair it with a lighter and a cutter.
Sell The Standing Silhouette
A flat box disappears on a shelf. Instead, this format stands upright and shows its front panel. For example, print the mark high on the face so it reads above the counter edge. Alternatively, keep the back plain and run the story copy there. Above all, the full face plus both narrow sides give three separate print zones.
Finish Options That Photograph Well
The sample shows a glossy red body. In addition, a matte body hides fingerprints from daily carry. Alternatively, a brushed metallic finish reads premium under warm lounge light. In the meantime, a debossed logo line works better than fine lettering on the narrow side.
Keep The Interior Plain
The photo shows a bare metal interior. For that reason, do not publish a humidification or ageing claim from this shell alone. A humidifier pack, a foam sleeve or a cedar liner can be quoted as a separate insert. However, each one reduces the inner space and changes the cigar count.
Treat The Artwork As A Placeholder
The leaf mark and the printed lines here are sample artwork. Your own brand, colours and legal text replace them. In addition, tobacco packaging rules differ by market. So send your destination country and let us check the panel and warning space before printing.
Run These Five Checks On A Sample
First, open and close the hinge twenty times. Next, confirm the bail sits flat and does not lift the lid. Then load your own cigars and check the lid clearance. After that, wipe the printed face with alcohol to test the overprint. Finally, drop-test the packed tin against your courier standard.
Send Us Your Format And Quantity
To begin, tell us the cigar length and ring gauge you pack. Next, send your artwork files. Then state the finish and the destination market. After that, we return a sample plan and a tiered quote.
