A Hinged Tin Box For Pens, Prints And Keepsakes
This hinged tin box is built shallow, since a deep shell wastes tinplate on flat goods. Pens, prints, cards and keepsakes share one problem, because a paper sleeve creases. A flat metal tin case, however, ends that problem. Par exemple, the photographs show four pens and one landscape print inside the same shell. Also, the lid closes over both without pressing either one.</p>
Silver Metal Or Solid Black, Two Faces
Overall, buyers choose between two faces. The silver version keeps a bare metal look, which therefore suits tools and a workshop shelf. En revanche, the black version reads as retail packaging, so it carries gift sets better. En plus, both share radiused corners and a low lid shoulder. Par conséquent, one order can mix the two colours.
The Hinge Is Why It Works
For instance, the lid turns on a barrel along one long edge. Then it opens until lid and base lie in one plane. That flat opening, consequently, lets a print drop in without a fold. Likewise, a pen sits in a single layer. Because the lid overlaps the base wall, the box stays shut inside a bag.
Your Logo Face, Or Leave It Bare
In addition, the lid face is broad and flat, so it carries artwork well. For instance, many buyers order it as a tin pen box wholesale line with a printed brand face. Others take the same shell as a photo print storage tin, and instead keep the name small in one corner. En outre, a custom printed tin box can start from this blank silver face. Cependant, the landscape sheet shown is a customer sample.
Size Set Around Your Product
No fixed size appears here, because the internal size follows the product. For instance, send the item you intend to pack. Otherwise, send the length, width and depth you already work to. Then this flat metal tin case is quoted around your figure. Par conséquent, the box fits the product, not the reverse.
Who Orders This Hinged Tin Box
Stationery brands, for instance, buy this hinged tin box as a pen gift box. Similarly, print shops use it as a photo print storage tin for delivered orders. De plus, promotional buyers order a custom printed tin box for launch kits. Likewise, hobby sellers pack cards and decals inside it. Finally, card dealers ask for the same low profile, since sleeves need height they will not pay for.
What A Quotation Needs From You
Accordingly, three details start the order. Send the item or the internal size you need, since that sets the shape. Then add the quantity and the destination port. Also, a tin pen box wholesale order usually starts with one colour, so send your colour count. Meanwhile, MOQ, packing and lead time come back with the quotation. Therefore the figures you read for this hinged tin box are the figures that ship.
