UN 3 Cigar Tin Case That Opens Flat Most tubes hide the goods. En revanche, this 3 cigar tin case opens a full 180 degrees flat. D'abord, flick the flip top lid back. Then the sticks lie exposed in one row. Par conséquent, one hand and one second sell the product. For that reason, counter staff reach for a flip top metal cigar holder instead of a deep tube.
The Small Hinged Cigar Box, In Numbers The drawing lists this small hinged cigar box at 73 mm long, 37 mm wide and 9 mm high. Cependant, read the 9 mm figure as a printed note rather than a cavity depth. A stick lying flat needs more room than 9 mm. Donc, measure the inner depth of each side against your own ring gauge before you publish a count. Meanwhile, treat the sticks in the photo as props, not as a fixed capacity.
Two Halves, Two Jobs The shot shows three slim cigarillos side by side in one tray. In addition, the other half of the hinged tin stays open and empty. That half is not wasted space. Plutôt, it carries your label, your blend story or a plain panel for a sticker. Finally, the flat bed keeps the case from rolling off the counter.
Two Colourways From One Tool The tin case is photographed in a deep maroon marbled print with gold hinges, and again in full gold. Par exemple, run a maroon cigar tin for a heritage line. Alternatively, choose the gold finish for a limited run. Likewise, match the hinge knuckles and the rim to your logo colour.
Custom Printed Mini Cigar Tin Artwork Your artwork turns a plain shell into a custom printed mini cigar tin. You get four print zones: the wide top face, the narrow spine, the hinge edge and the inner panel. For instance, set the brand across the top. Then place the blend name on the spine. Next, keep the inner panel clear for labelling. Above all, move legal text away from the hinge, where the print is masked.
Who Buys This Flip Top Cigar Case Cigarillo and mini brands pack it as a retail unit. Likewise, golf clubs and lounges issue it as a member carry case. In addition, wedding and corporate buyers fill one with three sticks as a small premium. Finally, subscription boxes drop it in as a monthly sample.
